Will my natural lashes be damaged?
The answer is NO. At Xtravagant Lash, we:
Use quality lashes and our adhesive is medical grade adhesive and formaldehyde free.
Help customers select style and eyelash extensions (size and length) that fit your natural lashes.
Technician will apply individual eyelash extensions, one to one properly to achieve excellent results.
Will I feel any pain in the process?
The answer is NO. In fact, our customers should not feel anything at all. They end up relaxing or even dozing off.
How Long Will a Set of Eyelash Extensions Last?
When applied properly, eyelash extensions will last the length of the natural growth cycle of your eyelashes. Everyone’s experience will differ based on day to day activities but over all touch ups, they should only be required every 2 to 3 weeks.
Can I go to the beach, swim and exercise?
You may resume normal activities 24 hours after your appointment that includes initial full set as well as regular refills. However, extensive and excessive exposure to heat and water may causes the extensions to have a shorter retention.

How often do I need to wash my eyelashes?
Proper maintenance is the key to fight irritations, allergies and redness of your eyes. We recommend you wash your eyelashes 3 times a week with our We Love Eyes Lash Cleanser that you can purchase from us.
Can I wear mascara and other eye makeup?
Absolutely, YES! The number one benefit of eyelash extensions is to eliminate mascara in the morning on the daily basis. We recommend non oiled-based products for eye liners and shadows. its best to used a powder for eyeliner and water-based mascara that can be purchase from us as well. Only apply the mascara at the tip of your lash extension and avoid the based of the extension.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
You are required to notify us your cancellation of appointment by text or call us 24 hours prior to the appointment to avoid 50% of the service scheduled.
Is a deposit required for the first time customer?
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of making the FULL SET appointment. If the appointment is re-scheduled or cancelled 24 hours before the appointment, you are entitled to apply the $25 deposit towards the next appointment.
