Care for your Brows

Day 1
Use Neosporin for the first 24 hours
Use a Q-Tip to apply healing ointment (vaseline, A&D, aquaphor)
Apply thick layers of healing ointment 1st week during every shower and gently wipe off after showering
No Scrubbing. Do not rub, wipe, or scratch area. Use patting motions only until healed
Avoid all soaps, facial cleansers and water on pigmented area for 1 week. Wash around the area of your face (avoiding your brows) with your daily cleanser as usual.

After Day 7-14
Do not peel or pick at crust this could cause pigment loss
Do not expose area to full pressure of shower until all scabbing has fallen off
Avoid all makeup, moisturizers and face creams in pigmented area for 3-4 weeks or until completely healed
Do not expose to sun or tanning bed while healing
Avoid all sun exposure for 14 days
Do not swim in fresh, salt, or chlorinated water for 2 weeks
Avoid saunas and jacuzzis for 2 weeks

After Brows Have Healed
Use sun block after you are healed
Avoid anti-aging products and services containing acids, lighteners, and exfoliates they will cause premature fading of pigment
Both ablative and non-ablative lasers may or will cause pigment to turn black
If you are having an MRI, please let them know that you have an iron-oxide cosmetic tattoo
If you are planning a chemical peel, please let them know that you have an iron-oxide cosmetic tattoo
If you donate blood, you must wait 1 year after any tattooing procedure
